Diana Sax is a Portuguese saxophonist with a solid background in the French school of saxophone, where she was mentored by masters such as Jean-Denis Michat. While rooted in classical music, she stands out for her versatility, exploring styles such as light music, jazz, bossa nova, pop, and live acts with DJs.
She has performed at prestigious events, including the wedding of Infanta D. Maria of Bragança, and has collaborated with brands such as Porsche, Ferrari, Azimut Yachts, O Boticário, and Calzedonia. In addition to performing, she is dedicated to saxophone education, pursuing a doctorate at the University of Évora, holding a master’s degree from the Lisbon School of Music, and having created an exclusive app for her online students.
She is also the artistic director of MusicMoov, the founder of the Smart Sax 1 workshops, and a member of the DiAma duo, focused on 1920s classical repertoire. Whether as a soloist, in orchestras, or in independent projects, Diana's goal is to touch the hearts of her audience and push the boundaries of creativity.
